After taking some much-needed time to fill my own cup, I’m back in full force! Last year was a big one professionally and personally. Between holding space for so many beautiful souls, studying and caring for my mum overseas, I poured so much of myself out that, by the end of the year, I was depleted. It was a good reminder that, like many of us, I sometimes forget to apply the very self-care principles I share with others. I had to pause and acknowledge that the same nurturing I encourage in others is just as essential in my own life. 💛When we take the time to replenish our energy, we can show up even stronger and more present in all that we do.
