Sound healing has a gentle way of quieting the mind and bringing us back to the present moment. I still remember my first sound bath and thinking, Wow, I need more of this in my life! I felt the vibrations move through me and I felt completely grounded in the here and now. No pressure, no expectations, just deep, quiet calm. It was pure bliss ✨ Sound healing has been such a gift in my life, and I’m so grateful to share this practice through my work. Today, I invite you to pause with me.
